I am Karla Rosete Cepeda, born on June 26, 1996, in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. I grew up with the values of determination, hard work, and service—principles that continue to guide me in every endeavor I pursue. Today, I live in Amica Residences, Barangay Sabatan,Orion, Bataan, where I share both my professional and personal journey.
I graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a field that cultivated my passion for hospitality, service, and creating meaningful experiences for people. While my foundation was in service management, my vision expanded to include building communities and providing homes that embody comfort, security, and modern living. This vision led me to join as co-owner of Rabino Home Builders Corporation, a company dedicated to developing subdivisions and condominiums. Together with our team, we arecommitted to turning housing dreams into reality, ensuring every project we build reflects quality, sustainability, and innovation.As co-owner, I take pride in helping guide the company’s mission of not just building houses but creating communities where families can thrive and where individuals can pursue a brighter future. I am Orven Feliciano Rabino, born on July 22, 1982, in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro,where I continue to live in Barangay Pachoca. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Secondar Education, Major in General Science, a foundation that first shaped my passion for learning and service.Although I began my career path in education, I felt a deeper calling to create somethinglasting—something that would contribute to the growth of communities and the dreams of Filipino families. This vision led me to establish Rabino Home Builders Corporation, acompany dedicated to property development and construction.
From modest beginnings, Rabino Home Builders Corporation has grown into a trusted developer of subdivisions and condominiums.
